University Clinical Aptitude Test and Medical School Entry
UCAT & Medical Admissions
Gaining a place at a UK medical or dental school is among the most competitive achievements in higher education. Nearly every UK medical school uses the UCAT (University Clinical Aptitude Test) as a key shortlisting criterion, testing verbal reasoning, decision making, quantitative reasoning, abstract reasoning, and situational judgement. Some schools — including Oxford, Cambridge, and Imperial — additionally require the BMAT (Biomedical Admissions Test), which assesses scientific knowledge, critical thinking, and essay writing. Koydo brings together structured practice for both tests alongside the wider application process: personal statement guidance, interview preparation (including MMI formats), and subject-knowledge revision for Biology, Chemistry, and beyond.
